MindTek Order and Partnership Terms & Conditions

By submitting an order or partnership inquiry with MindTek, you agree to these legally binding terms.

Legal Use of MindTek Products

MindTek products, including peptides, are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for any human or animal consumption or for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals. MindTek is not responsible for any misuse, including any attempts to repurpose these materials outside of controlled experimental settings.

To protect proprietary processes and ensure security, MindTek does not disclose the laboratories used for manufacturing and testing. All facilities meet stringent quality standards, and all products undergo rigorous quality assurance before shipment.

Shipping & Handling Policy

MindTek ships orders between 3–4 pm on working days and Saturdays. Orders received after 4 pm will ship on the next working day. Sunday and holidays are closed. MindTek adheres to high-quality standards for shipping to ensure product stability and efficacy upon arrival.

Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

MindTek guarantees the purity of its peptides. If a peptide is found to be less than 97% pure by third-party CLIA or CAP-certified HPLC testing or otherwise differs from the labeled product, MindTek will replace the peptide(s) and cover HPLC testing costs. Documentation of unaltered video footage showing the unboxing and reconstitution process is required to initiate a replacement claim.

Customer Responsibilities & Proper Handling

All products should be handled only by qualified individuals familiar with laboratory procedures. MindTek does not provide any usage, dosage, mixing, or application instructions, nor are our products for resale or unauthorized applications. Repeated requests for application information from our team may lead to a permanent ban.

Customers must ensure that products are received in their original condition. MindTek does not issue refunds or reimbursements if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, if the product is left unattended, or if it appears mishandled upon arrival.

Sales & Refund Policies

All products are 100% non-refundable once shipped. Refunds or exchanges are only possible in cases of shipment error or if the product fails purity standards as per HPLC testing. To support any claim of discrepancies (e.g., missing or incorrect items), customers must provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process.

Any unshipped orders canceled by the customer are subject to a $50 restocking fee. Additionally:

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may result in placement on a no-sell list.
• MindTek is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of the products by the buyer.

Discrepancies in Delivered Orders

If there are any issues with a delivered order, you must notify MindTek within 24 hours of receipt with clear video evidence of the unboxing. MindTek will verify and address any discrepancies accordingly but reserves the right to deny claims if these protocols are not followed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for verifying the legality of importing research products in their country before ordering. MindTek is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or related issues, and refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for these reasons.

Payment & Pre-Order Terms

All payments must be completed before shipping. Pre-orders for peptides require full payment before production. Pre-order timelines for manufacturing are typically 10-15 working days, non-refundable up to 25 working days.

Privacy & Security

MindTek guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and transaction details. All transactions are SSL encrypted for enhanced protection, and credit card information is not stored.

Additional Disclaimers

Improper Use Disclaimer: MindTek will not be responsible for any harm resulting from improper handling, mixing, or unauthorized use of products. Customers assume all risks and liabilities associated with the handling, storage, and application of products.

No Exchanges or Restocking: All sales are final. We do not restock or exchange products once shipped due to the sterile nature of our facilities.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and affirm they are enforceable under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer govern your submission of the Mindtek Partnership Inquiry Form and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations between you (hereafter referred to as "Partner", "you", or "your") and Mindtek ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting this form, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Accuracy of Information
You affirm that all information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form is accurate, complete, and true to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing falsified information, intentionally or accidentally, may result in immediate disqualification from partnership consideration and potential legal action.

Use of Information
The information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating potential partnership opportunities with Mindtek. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

No Guarantee of Partnership
Submission of this form does not guarantee a partnership with Mindtek. Any partnership will be subject to further discussions, due diligence, and a separate written agreement signed by both parties outlining the terms of the partnership.

Liability Limitation
Mindtek will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form or any falsified information you provide.

Legal Disputes
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to the information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form or these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Singapore under the subsidiary holding company of MindTek. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mindtek reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of information to Mindtek after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Acknowledgment
By submitting the Partnership Inquiry Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer. You also represent that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these terms.
