Questions & Answers

Direct Answers.

No evasion. No marketing language. If the answer is scientific, we give you the science. If the answer is uncomfortable for the industry, we say it anyway.

Testing & Verification
Most CoAs in this industry come from outsourced labs that test a sample of the batch — or a single test lot used across hundreds of products. Mindtek operates in-house GC-MS and HPLC instrumentation. Every batch is tested by us before release. The founder reads the spectra personally. That is not a vendor relationship — it is direct analytical accountability.
It means no batch leaves our facility with less than 98% target compound by HPLC peak area. Most suppliers do not state a purity floor — a compound at 80% purity can technically pass if there is no stated standard. Our ≥98% threshold is non-negotiable: batches below this threshold are rejected before release.
Yes. Institutional customers and verified researchers can request batch-specific GC-MS spectra and HPLC chromatograms for any compound we supply. Use the Institutional Access form with your batch number and compound name.
Storage & Infrastructure
Standard refrigeration at 2–8°C slows degradation but does not stop it. Liquid nitrogen at −196°C halts molecular motion entirely — no enzymatic activity, no oxidation, no hydrolysis. For sensitive peptides and research compounds, this is the difference between structural integrity and a degraded product by the time it reaches your lab.
USP797 is the United States Pharmacopeia standard for sterile pharmaceutical compounding. It governs cleanroom classification, air quality, personnel training, beyond-use dating, and quality control procedures. Mindtek's Bali facility is built and operated to these standards — which most research compound suppliers, who are not compounding facilities at all, do not meet.
Ordering & Institutional Access
No. All compounds supplied by Mindtek are for research use only. They are not approved by any regulatory authority for human administration, diagnosis, or treatment. Institutional and researcher buyers acknowledge research-use terms at the point of purchase.
Institutional access is available to universities, private research labs, and clinical research facilities. It provides custom volume pricing, PO-based invoicing, priority fulfillment, and direct protocol support from Dr. Close. Submit details via the Institutional Access form. Expect a response within 24 hours.
Mindtek was founded in 2017 by Dr. Anthony Close, MD with dual post-graduate Masters in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, and formal Quantitative Analytical Chemistry training. Mindtek was the first physician-led research compound supplier in Southeast Asia. Dr. Close maintains an active clinical practice in physical medicine and chronic pain management alongside leading Mindtek's operations.
Each product ships with its batch number, and that batch number corresponds to a specific GC-MS and HPLC test run. There is a documented, unbroken chain of custody from synthesis lot through analytical verification through cryogenic storage to fulfillment. Batch-level CoAs are available on request — not shared across products or time periods.
