1. Research-Use-Only Scope. All products sold by Mindtek Research ("Mindtek," "we," "us") — including peptides, proteins, and related compounds — are manufactured, tested, and sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use. No product sold by Mindtek is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device under any applicable law, and none is approved, cleared, or evaluated by any regulatory authority for use in or on humans or animals.
2. Buyer Representations. By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that: (a) they are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution acquiring product solely for legitimate research purposes; (b) the product will not be administered to, injected into, ingested by, or otherwise introduced into a human or animal; (c) the product will not be resold, repackaged, or represented as suitable for human or animal use; and (d) they are of legal age and have authority to enter into this agreement.
3. No Use, Dosing, or Administration Guidance. Mindtek does not provide, and will not respond to requests for, information regarding dosing, reconstitution for administration, injection technique, cycling, stacking, or any other guidance related to human or animal use of research compounds. This applies regardless of the requester's stated credentials or intended use.
   Requesting dosing, administration, or human/animal-use guidance for any research product — regardless of how the request is framed — reserves Mindtek's right to refuse that customer service indefinitely. See Section 4.
4. Right to Refuse Service. Mindtek reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, delay, or terminate any order or ongoing account access, indefinitely and without liability, including — without limitation — where a customer requests dosing or human/animal-use guidance, indicates an intent to use product outside the scope of Section 1, or otherwise presents a risk to Mindtek's research-use-only compliance posture. Refusal under this section does not entitle the customer to damages beyond the return of amounts paid for the refused order, where applicable.
5. Proprietary Synthesis & Intellectual Property. Certain compounds and synthesis processes referenced on this site are the subject of a pending, provisional patent application filed by Mindtek's research and development team. No claim of an issued patent is made, and patent-pending status may change without notice as prosecution proceeds.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Mindtek reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and decline any order for any lawful reason.
7. Handling, Storage & Shipping. Peptide and protein products are cold-chain and, where applicable, cryogenically stored prior to shipment. Upon delivery, the buyer is solely responsible for proper storage, handling, and use of the product consistent with its research-use-only status and standard laboratory practice. Mindtek is not responsible for degradation, loss of potency, or damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindtek's liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Mindtek is not liable for any use of its products inconsistent with Section 1 of these Terms.
9. Governing Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mindtek's place of registration. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Refund Policy

Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed, given the cold-chain and, where applicable, cryogenic nature of the product.

Deferred Refunds During Compliance Review

Where Mindtek has an active regulatory or compliance review, force majeure event, or comparable operational pause in effect, refund processing for affected paid-but-unfulfilled orders may be deferred until that review concludes. Mindtek will post a notice on this site when such a deferral is in effect and will process affected refunds in the order received once normal operations resume. This section defers the timing of a refund; it does not waive the underlying right to one.
