Mechanism of Action

BPC-157 upregulates growth hormone receptor (GHR) expression and activates the FAK-paxillin signalling cascade, accelerating collagen organisation in tendon and muscle. Angiogenesis proceeds via VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS. Dopaminergic and serotonergic modulation observed through nitric oxide synthesis in CNS models.
