Mechanism of Action

Dihexa (PNB-0408) is a small-molecule HGF receptor (MET) activator. At picomolar concentrations, promotes synaptogenesis and hippocampal LTP. Mechanism: indirect HGF potentiation via angiotensin IV receptor (AT4) binding, activating MET downstream signalling for neurotrophic effects.
