AOD-9604
Lipolytic GH Fragment (176-191 analogue)
Modified C-terminal fragment of human growth hormone (hGH 177-191) with an added N-terminal tyrosine. Stimulates lipolysis and fat oxidation without the glucose or growth effects of full-length GH in research models.
Mechanism of Action
AOD-9604 is a synthetic analogue of the hGH C-terminal lipolytic domain. It stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis via beta3-adrenergic-linked pathways in adipose tissue while, unlike intact GH, leaving IGF-1, glucose tolerance, and longitudinal growth unaffected in research models.
