ARA-290

Innate Repair Receptor Peptide

11-amino-acid peptide derived from the erythropoietin helix-B domain (cibinetide). Activates the innate repair receptor (EPOR/CD131) for tissue protection without erythropoietic effects in research models.

Mechanism of Action

ARA-290 (cibinetide) mimics the helix-B surface of erythropoietin and selectively activates the innate repair receptor, a heterocomplex of EPOR and the beta-common receptor (CD131). This drives anti-inflammatory and tissue-protective signalling without stimulating erythropoiesis in research models.

Research Protocol Reference

For laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use.

💧
Reconstitution
Add sterile bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) slowly against the vial wall. Gently swirl — do not vortex. Allow 5 min for complete dissolution.
🧊
Storage
Store solution-phase at -20°C. Post-reconstitution: maintain at 2–8°C, use within 28 days. Protect from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
📐
Administration
SubQ or IM administration in standard research protocols. Insulin syringe recommended for precise dosing. Refer to published literature for compound-specific protocols.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ARA-290?
ARA-290 is an 11-amino-acid EPO-derived peptide (pyroGlu-Glu-Gln-Leu-Glu-Arg-Ala-Leu-Asn-Ser-Ser) derived from the erythropoietin helix-B domain. Research applications: tissue-protection, neuropathy, and inflammation studies. Research use only.
How is Mindtek ARA-290 produced?
Synthesised via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). Each batch: HPLC purity verification (≥99.3%), mass spectrometry identity, endotoxin testing prior to release.
Storage requirements?
Store solution-phase ARA-290 at -20°C. Post-reconstitution with sterile BAC water: 2–8°C, use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
